In 2017, Anna Hirata purchased an existing business, which she successfully operated and grew for seven years before selling it for a profit. This experience sparked her deep interest in business ownership, investment strategy, and entrepreneurship. After selling the business, Anna reinvested in commercial real estate and became a landlord, gaining firsthand knowledge of property management, leasing, and long-term investment growth.

Driven by her passion for business and community, Anna actively participates in and organizes local business events aimed at connecting and supporting entrepreneurs. Her transition into commercial real estate was a natural next step — allowing her to combine her experience as a business owner and investor to help others succeed.

Today, Anna specializes in helping business owners and investors buy or sell existing businesses, secure the right commercial properties for their operations, or build investment portfolios that generate lasting value.
