ABOUT Bill:

William F. Mirabella is an accomplished commercial real estate broker and developer, with more than 33 years of diverse industry experience. Throughout his career, he has developed, sold, leased, and managed millions of square feet in retail, office, and industrial properties. More importantly, he has built a reputation for delivering creative, cost-effective solutions while fostering long-term relationships based on trust, professionalism, and respect.

William began his commercial real estate career in Hilton Head, South Carolina, soon after completing his education with a Master’s Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate from the University of South Carolina. He brings a combination of education, training, and experience to all his clientele.

He and his wife of 28 years live in Jacksonville, Florida, where they enjoy time with their two grown children, relaxing on the beach, playing golf, attending concerts, and supporting our local sports teams.
