ABOUT Evan:

Evan Metz discovered Jacksonville in August 2019 on a road trip around the US looking for where to develop an outdoor food hall. After moving to town he realized the opportunity in the real estate business and made a couple investments himself. A few friends asked for help finding opportunities and off he went into the brokerage business.

Since he received his license in 2021 Evan has closed 15 transactions worth over $10M. He is an expert in urban properties, land development, and industrial assets.

Evan has found a passion in helping buyers and sellers come together. Understanding their objectives in life, and delivering value to help them achieve their objectives.
