ABOUT IKA:

Ika Rukhadze is a licensed realtor for SVR Commercial. Prior to joining the SVR Commercial team, Ika spent a couple of years on the residential side of the business where he quickly grew into a top performing agent for the company in 2021. Before real estate, Ika held a variety of corporate roles, mainly in sales support and key client relations roles for top firms within the pharmaceutical, banking and hospitality industries. This critical experience, spanning over 20 years, has led Ika towards residential and now commercial real estate where he is free to help his clients with purchases and sales. Ika mainly focuses on investments acquisition and supports a portfolio of clients with commercial interests throughout the United States.
