ABOUT JOANN:

JoAnn Lyle is a Commercial Real Estate Agent for SVR Commercial. Prior to coming to SVR Commercial, JoAnn worked for 20 years as a comptroller and 2 years as Human Resource Director for a global Geotechnical Engineering firm. It was here that she gained her experience in corporate finance in an organization that had over 10 office locations globally. Her responsibilities included overseeing all financial operations, people management, contract review and negotiations, cost analysis, asset management and risk management.

Mrs. Lyle received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Florida State University. She has a high attention to detail, works well under pressure and plans to use her skills to help other organizations grow and achieve their goals. Mrs. Lyle’s experience in the creation and analysis of operating statements enables her a competitive advantage in providing positive results for her clients.

Some of Mrs. Lyle’s interest outside of Commercial Real Estate are hiking, water sports, and time with family.
