Kathy Jett specializes in retail, land, and small-bay industrial opportunities throughout Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia. Since entering the commercial real estate industry in 2023, she has built a growing, referral-driven book of business by delivering responsive service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Kathy works with local owners as well as national and regional retail users on site selection. Her experience includes lease negotiations, early-stage feasibility review, zoning analysis, and guiding clients through due diligence and entitlement considerations.

Known for her proactive approach and consistent communication, Kathy focuses on identifying strategic locations that align with her clients’ operational needs and long-term growth plans. She takes a consultative, solutions-oriented role in each assignment, helping clients navigate timelines, site constraints, and market positioning.

Her business is built largely on referrals — a reflection of her persistence, market knowledge, and commitment to seeing transactions through from initial outreach to execution. Kathy continues to expand her platform across the First Coast while cultivating relationships with developers, landlords, and expanding retail concepts.
