ABOUT LUKE:

Mr. Watson is responsible for business development and origination of retail investment sale transactions throughout the Southeast. In this capacity, Luke’s primary focus is on strip center, shopping center and net-leased retail investment sales, mainly throughout the state of Florida. Through his practice, he leads a team engaged in exclusively representing clients in the acquisition, disposition, and exchange of investment grade retail assets. His clients include private owners, investors, local & regional developers, private equity funds, real estate syndicators and lenders. Luke has 10 years of real estate advisory & capital markets experience and has been involved in the sale of properties with an aggregate value in excess of $100 million. Prior to joining SVR Commercial, Luke spent four years with Marcus & Millichap in the company’s Orlando office. He also has experience co-founding a boutique real estate advisory business as well as experience in single-family & multifamily residential development.

In his free time, Luke enjoys spending time with his wife Monica and rescue dog, Louie. When not working, you can find him on the tee box, skiing or playing guitar.
