Matthew Lehman, MBA, CCIM, brings over 15 years of commercial real estate experience to the team, specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial assets throughout the North Florida market. Over the course of his career, Matthew has successfully negotiated complex transactions across a wide range of asset classes, including healthcare, industrial, office, retail, land, and business development opportunities.

Matthew’s client-centric approach centers on developing lasting relationships with market investors, property owners, landlords, and tenants to maximize returns across their commercial real estate portfolios. As a designated Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) and the Past President of the CCIM North Florida District, Matthew is deeply connected to the regional commercial real estate community. His leadership within the organization focuses on promoting professional development, fostering key industry relationships, and driving market engagement.

Matthew is a dedicated husband and father to two sons who share his passion for sports and the outdoors, live music, economics, history, and medicine. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the College of Charleston and earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Real Estate Specialization from Florida State University. Based in Ponte Vedra Beach, he pairs his advanced education in financial and market analysis with a strong work ethic to deliver strategic, long-term value for his clients.
