ABOUT PATRICK:

Patrick Kenney is a Commercial Real Estate agent at SVR Commercial. Mr. Kenney began his career in education where he learned the importance of communication and developing long-term relationships based on trust. He believes these traits are essential not only in education, but also in real estate. Currently he serves clients in all areas of commercial real estate with an emphasis on daycare site identification as well land acquisition. He is continuously in communication with his clients, lenders, attorneys, and engineers to ensure everyone is on the same page throughout the project.
