Simon V. Grigoryan, CCIM is an investment sales professional specializing in the acquisition and disposition, and full-service management of multi-tenant and STNL retail investment properties throughout the Southeastern United States. With more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Grigoryan advises private investors, developers, corporate offices, and institutional owners on maximizing asset value through strategic value-add asset disposition, acquisition, and capital market positioning.

A Jacksonville resident for more than 25 years, Simon possesses an in-depth understanding of the region’s retail fundamentals, demographic trends, and investment landscape. His expertise includes neighborhood shopping centers, strip centers, value-add retail assets, mixed-use developments, and net-leased investments. He leverages comprehensive market intelligence, financial analysis, and targeted investor outreach to consistently connect sellers with qualified buyers and achieve optimal pricing for his clients.

Simon began his commercial real estate career in 2013 and joined Marcus & Millichap in 2016, where he refined his investment sales expertise utilizing one of the industry’s largest national brokerage platforms. Throughout his career, he has developed a reputation for disciplined execution, proactive business development, and cultivating long-term client relationships built on trust, transparency, and results.

Simon earned his postgraduate Corporate MBA from the University of North Florida’s Coggin College of Business, complementing his analytical approach to investment underwriting, valuation, and transaction advisory. As a CCIM designee, he combines advanced financial analysis with local market expertise to help clients make informed investment decisions and execute successful transactions.

Outside of brokerage, Simon actively supports the Armenian Church of Jacksonville by providing pro bono commercial real estate advisory services related to the organization’s property holdings. He enjoys staying active through professional flag football, tennis, fitness, and travel, and values spending quality time with his wife and family.
